We want you to love every Dragonberry piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help.

1 . Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at support@dragonberry.com.au.

Include your order number and a few clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Once we confirm the issue, we'll repair, replace, or refund your item in line with Australian Consumer Law.

2 . Change of Mind

Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or colour preference.

Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing, or email us if you're unsure — we're always happy to help with fit advice before you order.

3 . Return Conditions

To qualify for a return (for faulty or incorrect items):

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

- Returns must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.

- Customers are responsible for the return courier cost unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.

4 . Sale Items

All sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

5 . How to Return

1. Email support@dragonberry.com.au with your order number and photos.

2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

3. Once received and inspected, we'll contact you with the outcome.

6 . Important Notes

- We can't accept returns that don't meet the above conditions.

- Keep your courier tracking number — we're not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

- Refunds (where applicable) are processed to your original payment method via Stripe.
